Code of conduct- Juniors.Play because you enjoy Gaelic games, not to please your parents. Players must respect the rights, dignity and worth of each and every person and treat equally within the context of the sport. Players must adhere to all guidelines laid down by the constitution, policies and the code of conduct of the club. Players must develop an appropriate working relationship with the coach based on mutual trust and respect. Players must accept responsibility for their behaviour and performance, and do not argue with the referee or officials. Players must always to adhere to the positive aspects of the sport e.g. fair play, and never condone violations of the laws of the game, behaviour contary to the spirit of the laws of the game or relevant rules and regualtions or the use of prohibited substances or techniques. Players msut consistently display high standards of behaviour. Players must appreciate the importance of striving to win, not winning itself. Players must train and play to the best of their ability. Players should have a positive attitude and never quit. Players must notify the coach or team manager if they are unable to attend a game, training session or team meeting. Players must not leave a game field or training session without the permission of the coach.
