Club Policy on Fundraising

  1. All club fundraising must done through and with the approval of the club fundraising committee.
     
  2. This committee will be chaired by a member of and include at least one other representative from the Management Committee.
     
  3. The chairperson will be appointed by the Management Committee after the club AGM or at a time deemed appropriate by them.
     
  4. All meetings of committee and/or sub committees of said committee must be convened properly and a minute recorded.
     
  5. The club treasurer or appointed representative will attend any fundraising activity which is expected to raise over £250 to ensure monies collected are banked and accounted for at earliest possible convenience.
