| Shinty Player Suffers Terrible Injury |

The injury sustained by Harps player Shiv Martin has left team mates calling for the introduction of better protection. Players feel it unacceptable that they are exposed to such dangers and are calling for Protective Thimbles to be made mandatory by the sports governing body. At the time of publication of this article Shiv's piano playing career still hangs in the balance.

- YES, Protective Thimbles must be introduced urgently.
